If you have any complaint regarding the packing of the pack received; then please take a video of the pack, record the complaint and send to us on customer care number by Whatsapp within 4 hours of receipt of pack. We will review the complaint and, if found genuine, will give free replacement. Customers to return the damaged pack by post parcel to the address on the pack, the cost of which will be reimbursed to the customer.

If you have any other complaint regarding the product, please email your complaint to the customer care e-mail id or directly call us on customer care number or send a Whatsapp message to our customer care number. We will review the complaint & resolve it with all fairness to the customer including 100% refund if the same is applicable.
